Created by Dan Miller (co-founder of real estate platform Fundrise), SRC fills critical funding gaps for sustainable agriculture operators pursuing time-sensitive opportunities like farm expansion, equipment purchases, livestock processing, or construction—keeping regenerative producers producing through the unpredictable complexities of farming and entrepreneurship.
Contribution
Provides secured short-term loans (9 months) to vetted regenerative producers, fixed annual returns (currently 5%) to participating lenders, diversified loan portfolio across farms, ranches, fisheries and food businesses, rigorous due diligence and underwriting, and impact reporting on regenerative agriculture outcomes supported.
